Sandy Hackett's Rat Pack Show

For comedian Sandy Hackett, show business has been a family affair. For starters, Hackett spent a decade opening for his famous father, Buddy Hackett. The two made frequent appearances doing stand-up together at the old Warwick Musical Theatre.

Now that he’s got his own show, a touring tribute to the Rat Pack, Hackett continues to get his family into the act.

“Sandy Hackett’s Rat Pack Show,” which kicks off the season Wednesday at Theatre By The Sea, is a partnership between Hackett and wife Lisa Dawn Miller, daughter of songwriter Ron Miller. The two met 11 years ago at one of Hackett’s shows in Las Vegas, and in 2009 put together this musical salute to one of show business’ most enduring acts.
